Who are our peer counselors?

Empower Work’s trained peer counselors are working professionals from diverse personal and professional backgrounds, located all across the country, who are motivated to give back. They generously volunteer their time to support people through critical challenges at work. All our peer counselors go through a selection process and receive robust training to prepare them for this role.
