How It Works
We train your employees to become volunteer peer counselors.
Your employees make a big impact by supporting vulnerable workers on the Empower Work text line.
As volunteer peer counselors gain more experience, they hone their communication, crisis management, and empathy skills, enabling them to be stronger leaders at work.

Our free text line provides immediate, confidential support to people struggling at work. Our text line is powered by dedicated volunteers who complete our 25+ hour online training program to become peer counselors.
