Redeem your code today

  1. Log into your Visible account (via app or web browser)

  2. Navigate to the account overview page

  3. Find the "Apply a Promo Code" box

  4. Enter your unique code shown above

  5. Look for the confirmation message on screen (you'll also receive a confirmation email from Visible)

Program Benefits

As part of Connection Protection, Visible will provide you with three months of cell phone service and Empower Work, a national nonprofit, will provide support via our worker text line for people to process work issues like job loss, a tough job search, and work on a plan to land their next job.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Try double-checking the promo code:

    • Please ensure you’ve entered the code exactly as shown: ConnectionProtection

    • We recommend copying and pasting it directly into the promo field to avoid any typos.

  • Account standing requirements:

    • If you’re a new customer, make sure your first month’s payment has been completed.

    • If you’re an existing customer, please confirm your account is in good standing and not past due. (The promotion can’t be applied if there is an outstanding balance or if the account is suspended.) Here is Visible's full set of terms and conditions for the program.

  • Promotion usage limits

    • The Connection Connection promotion code can only be used once every three years. If it's already been applied once, it can not be reapplied.

  • If you’re on the Visible Base Plan:

    • You’ll get a $20/month discount for three consecutive months—bringing your monthly cost down to just $5/month. You are still required to make these $5/mo service payments to remain in the program and maintain service.. After the three month program, you will receive a final $20 discount applicable to your fourth month of service, which will offset the amounts paid during the program term. In total, Visible will cover a maximum of $80 across four consecutive months.

  • If you’re on the Visible Plus and Visible Pro Plans:

    • Members on the Visible+ and Visible+ Pro Plans will receive a $20/mo discount as a benefit over four months, and will be required to pay the balance of the monthly costs for that plan. Standard costs of service resume starting in the fifth month.
