Our team philosophy

Our team’s goal is to imagine and create a workplace environment where everyone can thrive. We’re remote friendly (and first)

While our organization started in San Francisco, CA, our team is remote and distributed. Our volunteers in particular are not only across the United States, but across the world. We work hard to make sure everyone feels engaged, included, and heard.
